Days/Hours:
- Wednesday thru Sunday
- 3pm to close (no overtime required)
Responsibilities:
- Prep food for the evening's dinner service
- Cook all entrees on a line, each prepared in an often FAST-PACED environment
- Basic clean-up of your area at end of evening
- Monitor food inventory for the weekly food order
Qualifications:
- Line and food prep experience required
- Knowledge of Italian food preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to thrive in an often FAST-PACED environment
