Our client, a leading video game development company, is seeking a QA Manager to join their team. As a QA Manager, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting multiple titles. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, experience in QA project management, and a passion for video games that will align successfully in the organization.QA Manager100% Remote12 month contract (potential for up to 24 months)$48/hour + Medical/Dental/Vision enrollment options, 401K saving, 15 days of PTO and weekly payWhat's the Job?

Manage multiple products in QA simultaneously

Work directly with our development teams from Beta to launch, delivering high-quality functional releases

Drive improvements in game testing processes, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration

Work cross-functionally with multiple internal groups (marketing, comms, software, hardware, content)

Hold teams accountable to QA processes

What's Needed?

5+ years of QA Project Management in VR, Mobile, or PC video games

5+ years working with external vendors or remote teams

Understanding of the game production life cycle, tools, process and execution planning

Experience with Compliance and Certification testing

Effective communication skills across all levels of an organization
