Office Assistant
Quality Product Sales has an immediate opening for someone to work, on site, to answer email, phone calls, enter customer orders, and help check trucks in when they deliver.
Responsibilities would also include keeping the office and entry tidy at all times.
We are a smaller company with few employees so being a team player is important as we all wear "many hats". The owner may ask you to perform or assist with odd tasks, such as, entering a quote, filing paperwork, or other simple but important tasks as needed but not limited to the aforementioned examples.
There are opportunities to take on more tasks as you learn and master the first initial ones and that can create opportunities to work more hours.
Top three things that are a must for anyone applying for this position:
Must not need to be micromanaged (example: doing your daily tasks without having to be told)
Commit to being on time and at work for all scheduled shifts (number one priority of our selection process)
Take initiative to go above and beyond when you see a need that requires attention.
