We’re a growing deck and steel fence-building company in Austin, looking for hardworking, skilled carpenters to join our team. We need people who take pride in their work, can work independently, and help us deliver high-quality results to our clients.

What We Need From You:

Experience in deck and fence building is a must.

Comfort using online project management tools (we track progress daily with photos and notes).

A valid driver’s license (a truck is a plus, with mileage reimbursement available).

Ability to plan ahead and come prepared (materials, tools, etc.).

Welding experience is a bonus but not required.

What You’ll Do:

Build decks and fences with care and precision.

Handle daily planning and communication through email and our software.

Help maintain an efficient, positive workflow.

Pay: $18-$25/hr depending on experience.
