You will analyze current compensation market trends, design strategic costing models and help shape the salary structure.STATUS: Full TimeLOCATION: Riedman CampusDEPARTMENT: HR CompensationSCHEDULE: WeekdaysATTRIBUTESBachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of 1 year of experience in compensation, data analytics, human resources or other business-related fieldRESPONSIBILITIES Reporting. Work with HRIS to develop and build compensation reports and analytics to support internal and external business needsMaintain job descriptions. Research and verify qualifications/licenses, FLSA requirements and grading for appropriate job classificationsCompensation Analysis. Collect and analyze competitive salary information based on market trends and make recommendations as appropriateBusiness analysis. Work to understand business needs and maintain a competitive compensation structureCompliance and auditing. Ensure compensation practices follow all laws and regulations and administer audits as neededPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.PAY RANGE: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future.
