Plant Operations - Maintenance | 17.00-19.00 per hour Bi-weekly | Williamsburg, VA, USA | Hourly | Consulate Health Care of Williamsburg | Part Time Looking for a qualified Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Consulate Health Care of Williamsburg Part-Time position up to 32 hours/week, (weekends and 2 weekdays) We are searching for a Maintenance Technician to join our community that is resident and family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to assist in building a facility culture. Major Responsibilities
Coordinate daily maintenance services with nursing services when performing routine assignments in resident living areas.
Assist with all repairs, preventative maintenance, refurbishing projects, and furniture/equipment moving.
Maintain the facility ground.
Ensure that the facility and its equipment are properly maintained for resident comfort and convenience.
Assist with safety inspections, tests, and drills, as requested.
Provide innovative, responsible healthcare with the creation and implementation of new ideas and concepts that continually improve systems and processes to achieve superior results.
Minimum Qualifications
Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
Two (2) years' experience as a building trade helper, apprentice or equivalent preferred .
You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
