As a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor supporting C-130 Body Mate & Final, you’ll lead a team dedicated to achieving high standards in production, quality, and safety. Join us to play a key role in delivering mission-critical aircraft that meet the needs of customers worldwide.What You Will Be Doing Lead and oversee a represented workforce in the C-130J Mid/Mate area to meet production objectives. Develop crew plans to align with cost and schedule requirements. Identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to cost, schedule, quality, supply chain, technical, and personnel challenges. Drive and support initiatives to improve work sequences, engineering, planning, tooling, and waste reduction. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and metrics. Hands-on experience working in a shop floor environment. Proficiency in using Shop Floor Manager (SFM) or similar systems. Previous leadership or management experience in a production setting. Experience managing and collaborating with hourly employees. Experience in budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.Desired Skills: Familiarity with the Quality Action Document System (QADS). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Knowledge of C-130 assembly processes and procedures. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for training and development. Working knowledge of AutoTime for timekeeping and labor tracking. Experience with AMS (Aircraft Maintenance Systems) and SAHP (Systems Application for High Performance). Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
