Cook- FOOD TRUCK
Cook needed for Food Truck. Guaranteed at least 30 hours and must be able to work on the weekends Friday, Saturday and Sundays. Times and days may vary. We serve Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Second Meal and Early Morning and Late Nights. Responsible for open and close of operations of the food truck and kitchen. Cooking on Grill, Char-broiler, Fryer, Prep of food and Presentation of food in a safe, clean efficient manner. At least 1 year experience in a kitchen is required. Driver's license is required. You will be responsible for driving the truck and following procedures. You must be able to work in a team and in a fast paced environment. No drugs whatsoever this includes medical marijuana. You must be willing to undergo a background check and random drug/alcohol screening in accordance with local laws and regulations. ServSafe certification will be required within 30 days after hire.
