Carpenter/Framer with general trades experience

General Contractor seeking skilled workers and lead/foreman roles:

PLEASE provide work history/resume and references if available. Not entry level, looking for skilled employees I WILL NOT RESPOND IF YOU DONT PROVIDE SOME WORK HISTORY AND QUALIFICATIONS. It does NOT need to be a formal resume.

OSHA 10 minimum

Skills should include but not limited to:

Demolition and trash out

Wood and metal stud framing

Cabinet installs

Doors and windows

Baseboards, door casing and trim, crown molding, finish work

Acoustical ceiling (ceiling grid)

Light plumbing and electrical

We do everything from new construction of houses, casitas and garages, metal buildings, patio covers, outdoor living spaces and outdoor kitchens, residential remodels complete, restaurants and bar remodeling, Commercial space TI work, kitchens and baths, flooring, custom garage remodels, government work

We do Custom and high end work, not fix and flip type of work

Must be able to pass a drug test (while marijuana is legal at the state level it is not at the federal level so workman’s Comp will NOT cover anything under the influence), background check when necessary for government work.

Pay depends on experience but meets/exceeds industry standards for the right person.

Must have reliable transportation and applicable tools
