HOTWORX® is an infrared fitness studio franchise that offers members a unique exercise experience through virtually instructed, infrared sauna workouts. Our studio offers 24-hour access to unlimited sessions ranging from Hot Yoga, to Cycling, Isometrics, Rowing, Barre, Pilates, and more. We are dedicated to providing top-notch fitness services, maintaining a superior standard of customer service, and fostering a positive and motivating environment for both our staff and our members.

General Manager Mission

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead our HOTWORX studio. The GM will be responsible for driving the overall success of the franchise through effective management strategies, sales tactics, and superior customer service. They will ensure the studio operates smoothly, maintains a high level of member satisfaction, and contribute to the growth and profitability.

Our ideal candidates have management experience, fitness experience (certification or degree in related field), and a strong interest in helping others feel and look their very best while benefiting from rewarding performance-based commissions and bonuses. Candidates who personally lead a healthy lifestyle and have a personal passion for fitness are ideal.

Expectations

- Strong sales and marketing skills

- Provide outstanding customer service to our members. Helping to create fun ways to engage our members and attract new members.

- Lead a team of TSAs (trainer sales associates) to meet and exceed membership sales goals

- Help grow the member base of the studio through sales, customer service, marketing, and business partnerships

- Performing various tasks to promote the HOTWORX brand in the community including doing outreach to prospective members by phone, text, e-mail and marketing booths for prospects at local events.

- Familiarity with POS systems and basic financial reporting is a plus

GM In-Studio Work Hours

Monday - Thursday: 11am - 8pm (1 hour lunch with associate covering in the afternoon) Friday: 9am - 6pm (1 hour lunch with associate covering) Saturday: varies.

Additional Information

We provide substantial paid training, certifications, and support to ensure your success. Compensation includes base pay, commissions, bonuses, a free studio membership, product discounts, and a studio laptop.

Job Type: Full-time (in-person)

Pay: $50,000 - $65,000 / year (base pay plus sales and commission)

Shift: 8-hour shift

Experience: 2 years previous management preferred
