Fiberglass Insulation Installers Needed

We're a rapidly growing, Austin-based insulation company looking for experienced Insulators. This opportunity is a contract/per job basis to start with room to grow into a crew leader for the right person.

Must have drivers license

Job Overview:

Insulators are responsible for installing various types of insulation including fiberglass batts, Rockwool/Roxul batts, and Hempwool batts.

Responsibilities:

- Pick up material as needed from IDI, Service Partners, or RIS

- Accurately measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific areas

- Install insulation in walls, ceilings/roof decks, mid-floors, cold-floors, and wet walls per job and code requirements

- Apply canned foam for air sealing and fire blocking as required

- Use hand tools and power tools required to properly install materials

- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in insulation installation is preferred

- Knowledge of different types of insulation materials and proper installation techniques

- Ability to read blueprints and follow job specifications

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials
