Position Summary:KIAH-TV CW39 Houston is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative problem-solver to join our team as a Campaign Manager. This critical role ensures the success of post-sale campaign execution, playing an essential part in the station's revenue growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing complex processes, and has a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.As Campaign Manager, you will oversee all aspects of post-sale activities for assigned clients, ensuring seamless execution, optimization, and reporting of campaigns. Acting as a key liaison between sales, traffic, and clients, you’ll bring strategic thinking and proactive solutions to every stage of the campaign lifecycle. Additionally, this role will support the station's grassroots and experiential marketing efforts, enhancing community engagement and promotional success.Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Stewardship

Manage and facilitate the execution of large-scale and complex advertising campaigns.

Transition sales orders into traffic-ready status, ensuring copy instructions and revisions are accurately communicated and processed.

Collaboration & Problem-Solving

Serve as the primary business partner for sales, traffic, and other internal teams to meet client needs.

Interpret contract requirements, resolve discrepancies, and develop creative solutions to meet client expectations, including make-goods and under-delivery resolutions.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

Review pre-empt notices, oversell reports, and other inventory metrics to proactively address issues.

Create ad hoc performance reports with actionable insights, analyzing campaign effectiveness and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Process Improvement

Develop and implement best practices to streamline campaign processes and establish metrics to measure success.

Lead efforts to identify efficiencies and enhance future campaign performance.

Event & Marketing Support

Collaborate with the station’s marketing and promotional teams to support external event activations, grassroots campaigns, and experiential marketing initiatives.

Assist in planning and executing station promotional events to increase brand visibility and community engagement.

Additional Responsibilities

Support other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by station leadership to meet evolving business needs.

Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Strategic thinking with a focus on creative problem-solving and delivering results.
