This position’s primary responsibilities include functioning as an independent trainer for these programs regionally and statewide. This position is responsible for the development of training plans, trainings, certifications as well as the monitoring and oversight of training requirements. The position provides technical assistance and training to PCOC, SHIP, and MIPPA grantees; ensuring program staff and grantees are adequately trained to meet state and federal program requirements. The position develops and updates grantee and program staff trainings to ensure program effectiveness and success.
