We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Recruiter. This dual-role position combines front-office responsibilities with a focus on recruitment support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment while also contributing to our recruitment efforts by assisting with candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties:

- Greet visitors and guests, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.

- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

- Manage the front desk area, keeping it organized and presentable.

- Coordinate conference room bookings and maintain meeting schedules.

- Handle mail and deliveries, ensuring that they are sorted and distributed appropriately.

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.

Recruiting Duties:

- Collaborate with the team to assist in the recruitment process for open positions.

- Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and internal channels.

- Screen incoming resumes and applications, and pre-qualify candidates based on job requirements.

- Schedule interviews for candidates and liaise between candidates and hiring managers.

- Assist in coordinating interview logistics and ensure a positive experience for candidates.

- Conduct initial phone screenings for candidates to assess qualifications and fit.

- Maintain and update recruitment database and candidate tracking system.

- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of new hire documents, orientation scheduling, and conducting facility tours.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Assist with organizing company events, employee engagement activities, and team-building initiatives.

- Support team with various administrative tasks as needed.

- Ensure a smooth and efficient office workflow, providing support where necessary.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.

- Previous experience in office administration, reception.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Basic knowledge of recruiting practices and tools, including job boards and applicant tracking systems.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

- Full-time position (37.50 hours per week).

- Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility for evenings or weekends if needed.
