Senior Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, conducting product demonstrations, and effectively communicating the value of our offerings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in online and offline wholesale sales of electronic products and lighting, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.

Conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight key features and benefits to potential clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts while actively managing their needs.

Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to maximize revenue.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.

Skills

Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English, to effectively convey product information.

Experience in conducting product demos that engage customers and drive interest.

Proficiency in outside sales techniques with a focus on building long-term client relationships.

Electronic products and lighting wholesale sales experience is required, particularly in understanding complex products or services.

Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction.

Strong negotiation abilities to secure favorable terms for both the company and clients.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

Commission-based only, no base salary.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
