Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure site currently under construction in Koloa.

This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to emergencies, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.

Duties

Monitor premises through regular patrols

Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access.

Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, ensuring appropriate action is taken.

Conduct thorough inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential security risks.

Provide assistance during emergencies

Document incidents and prepare reports as required for management review.

Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications

Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not required.

Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.

Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.

Excellent communication skills

Must be physically fit, capable of standing for long periods, and able to perform light lifting as needed.
