Position Overview:

We seek a proactive, detail-oriented Human Resource Manager with expertise in managing permanent and project-based hires. This role is essential to our mission, focusing on building and maintaining an efficient HR process that can quickly adapt to our rapid-response staffing needs. This includes designing and managing seamless onboarding processes, accurate payroll handling, and effective reporting systems for a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR processes tailored for both long-term and rapid-response project hires.

Oversee the complete onboarding process, ensuring all hires are compliant, well-prepared, and aligned with our organizational mission.

Manage payroll processing for a dynamic workforce, ensuring timely and accurate employee compensation.

Design and generate comprehensive HR reports for tracking staffing, performance, and compliance.

Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring effective communication and support for both permanent and project-based team members.

Foster a positive workplace culture, promoting teamwork, safety, and dedication to service.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a high-demand or project-based environment.

Strong understanding of payroll systems, onboarding best practices, and HR compliance.

Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to handle rapid scaling of personnel.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.

SHRM or PHR certification preferred.
