Customer Service / Verifiers
Health Enrollment Center is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and delivering a seamless experience to our clients. We are looking for a motivated, professional, and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in assisting our clients, resolving their issues, and ensuring their needs are met in a compliant and professional manner.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through phone, email, or chat in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
Provide timely and accurate information to clients, ensuring their needs are fully addressed.
Assist in troubleshooting client concerns, offering solutions, and escalating issues as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints in accordance with company policies.
Follow established compliance guidelines and processes when assisting clients to ensure quality and legal standards are met.
Demonstrate empathy and professionalism while handling sensitive or challenging situations.
Assist with product or service inquiries and provide appropriate solutions based on client needs.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Qualifications:
Strong typing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when resolving issues.
Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all customer interactions.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
