NOW HIRING: MUST have experience/skills in CAULKING, COATING, CONCRETE, MASONRY, WATERPROOFING. Job locations in MD, DC, VA (shop located in Gambrills, MD in Anne Arundel County) Compensation is based on experience (based on experience, average rate of pay $19 - $24 per hour).

JOB DUTIES May Include:

Caulking

Commercial Coating Application

Concrete Repair/Replacement

Masonry Restoration

Tuckpointing

Water Infiltration / Investigations

Expansion Joint Installation

Epoxy/Grout Injection

Rigging Swing Stage and Scaffolding

Other job duties as assigned

Occasional Evening / Weekend Work as Needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

US Citizen or valid permit

Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Timely, organized, honest and hardworking

Physically fit to perform work functions

Ability to work 50+ hours per week during peak season including weekends

Ability to work independently

Bilingual a plus
