We’re a growing landscaping and hardscaping company seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Back-up Office Manager.

Job Description:

As our Back-up Office Manager, you’ll be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including:

Financial Management: Coordinating with accountants and bookkeepers to ensure accurate financial records.

System Optimization: Troubleshooting and improving office systems like email, phone, and voicemail.

Client Communication: Setting up automated email sequences, reaching out to clients for reviews and feedback, and scheduling follow-up appointments.

Team Collaboration: Serving as the liaison between the owner and marketing teams, facilitating communication and ensuring tasks are completed.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in an office management role

Strong organizational skills, akin to a paralegal

Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines

Pleasant phone demeanor and excellent customer service skills

Experience with lead funnels and CRM software (a plus)

Quick learner with a proactive and self-starter attitude
