NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED ONLY APPLY - MUST have experience AND skills in CONCRETE, MASONRY, CAULKING and WATERPROOFING. Job locations in MD, DC, VA (shop located in Gambrills, MD in Anne Arundel County) Compensation is based on experience (average rate of pay $19 - $24 per hour).

Waterproofing

Tuckpointing

Building Leak Investigating

Expansion Joints

Epoxy & Grout injection

Rigging Swing Stage and Scaffolding

QUALIFICATIONS:

US citizen or valid work permit

Have reliable transportation, insurance and a valid drivers license

Timely, organized, honest and hard working

Physically fit to perform work functions

Bilingual a plus

Ability to work 50+ hours per week during peak season including weekends

Ability to work independently

Have basic hand tools
