Position Title: Executive Assistant to the COO & CEO / Office Manager

Company: Fast-Growing Candy Manufacturer

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our COO and CEO in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In addition to providing executive-level assistance, this role includes overseeing office management responsibilities for our rapidly growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support: Manage the daily schedules, communications, and logistics for the COO and CEO, ensuring efficient operations and smooth workflow.

Client Relationship Management: Support the COO by managing key wholesale accounts, ensuring the fulfillment of client orders, and meeting each client's unique needs with attention to detail and precision.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and contribute to process optimization to enhance overall performance.

Travel & Expense Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare necessary meeting documents, track receipts, and manage travel expenses.

Communication & Correspondence: Prioritize and respond to emails, draft correspondence on behalf of the executives, and ensure timely and accurate communication.

Office Management: Oversee office operations, maintain organization, and prepare regular reports as needed.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
