Video Editor for New YT Channel

I am looking for an adult (over 18) video editor for a fun channel with mostly comedy based content. I am just starting out so budget is small but am optomistic about success.

Some of the editing will include creating a short intro, cutting, inserting photos and/or clips, and adding royalty free music. It is important to have experience with some popular editing programs used on YT. Projects/episodes will be YT shorts less than 60 seconds as well as full episodes that will typically run less than 15-20 minutes. Compensation will be based on length of each episode/project. This work can also be done remotely.
