Sr Product Manager I - US Based Remote
Shape our broker and agent support strategy!Join us as a Senior Product Manager and work closely with engineers, UX designers, brand operators, and vendor partners to enhance the lives of our brokers and agents. You'll define the vision and execution of our product.What You’ll Do:
Partner with the business to understand goals and success metrics.
Define product strategy and vision through research and data analysis.
Develop product roadmaps.
Design delightful customer experiences with detailed requirements and user stories.
Engage with customers through various channels.
Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver products to market.
What You’ll Need:
6+ years in product/project management or business analysis.
Experience across the entire product lifecycle.
Strong customer empathy and user-centered design skills.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Proven ability to collaborate in a matrixed organization.
Curiosity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
6+ years in product management roles.
Knowledge of residential real estate brokerage is a plus.
