Workday Report Builder

Description We are in search of an ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will be instrumental in the implementation of Workday, creating custom reports, and collaborating with multiple IT teams and business partners. This offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Develop and build custom Workday reports from scratch. Copy and modify existing standard and custom reports. Handle complex calculated fields including Extract Single/Multiple Instance, Lookup Related Value, Evaluate Expression, Count Related Instances, True/False. Schedule report runs and manage report filters, sub filters, and prompts. Collaborate with IT teams and business partners to identify and deliver reporting needs. Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills and deliver exceptional client service. Exhibit effective time management and the ability to multitask with changing priorities. Utilize your knowledge of Client Side Scripting, Cloud Technologies, CRM, and ERP. Apply your skills in AB Testing, API Development, Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, and Configuration Management. Requirements Proficiency in Client Side Scripting, with the ability to create, modify, and troubleshoot scripts. Strong understanding and experience with Cloud Technologies, having worked with major cloud providers. Experience with CRM systems, including deployment, management, and troubleshooting. Expertise in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, including knowledge of various ERP systems and their application in business. Familiarity with Microsoft software and systems, with a focus on business applications. Practical experience with AB Testing, with the ability to design and execute effective tests. Proficiency in API Development, including designing, developing, and maintaining APIs. Understanding of Business Process Functions, and ability to align them with business strategies and goals. Experience in creating and managing Business Requirement Document, with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Configuration Management, with experience in managing and maintaining various configurations for software and systems.
