Sell very inexpensive direct mail advertising in a Monster Brochure that is 11"x25.5" flat and 11"x12.75" in the mailbox.
Ad rates are as low as 1.5 cents per home and advertisers get free business cards with any order and access to super cheap full color printing which will save them more then what the will spend on the advertising. Markets are divided up by 20,000 homes per market so depending market size many different publications can cover a county. There are 3 different publications catering to Home Improvement & Repair, Restaurants & one that is general that covers any and all categories. Commitments are only 3 months for any advertiser. You can qualify to receive commissions in just 2 days from making a sale. For the home improvement publication only about a dozen advertisers are needed, for the restaurant one just 48 and for the general one 20 to 30 depending on ad sizes purchased. You earn about $2500 per month per publication and if you are in a market, for example, with a population of a million people, 15 to 20 markets can easily be supported since we are only mailing 20,000 per mailer.
This does not require a career change if you are currently employed but can easily provide a full time income of well over $10,000 per month in residual.
