FEMALE CAREGIVER NEEDED - FEMALE PATIENT

We are seeking an experienced, kind and compassionate FEMALE CAREGIVER to assist a lovely YOUNG FEMALE PATIENT (25 years of age) who resides in Westlake Village. Patient is ambulatory with shadowing and VERY independent.

You must be able to commit to FOUR DAYS A WEEK - the particular days are up to you. The hours are in stone.

SHIFT:

FOUR (4) DAYS PER WEEK - CAREGIVER'S CHOICE

11:00AM - 5:00PM

DUTIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

Companionship

Shadowing patient when necessary

Possible driving patient around (appointments, shopping, out for air, etc.)

MUST HAVES:

At least one (1) year of caregiving experience

Current Driver's License w/reliable vehicle and insurance in your name (mainly in case of emergency)

Current HCA (Home Care Aide) Registry ID

Current TB Test Results

COVID Vaccination Card

Second Form of ID compliant with I-9 (Social Security Card, US Passport, Valid Green Card, etc.)
