Project Manager/Lead Carpenter

About the Job

Heritage Kitchen & Bath, an industry leader in providing interior finishes to the residential renovation and new home market, is in search of Project Managers with interior trim carpentry experience.

Candidates must be skilled in:

- Demolition

- Framing

- Cabinetry

- Interior trim

- Built-Ins

Experience:

- General construction experience.

- Project management experience.

- Cabinetry installation: (Preferred).

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Demolition & removal of debris.

- Install cabinets according to layout and drawings.

- Drill for and install hardware.

- Install cabinet doors, drawer fronts and roll-out trays.

- Cut and install moldings.

- This position requires a varied work schedule.

- Comply with policies and procedures to ensure efficient and consistent operations.

- Comply with safety guidelines to ensure protection of installers and property.

- Ensure that the interface with customers and builders is being conducted in a manner that is conducive with operational

goals.

- Conduct oneself in a professional manner and ensure personal appearance meets the standards necessary to perform the

job functions while representing the company.

To be considered for employment you must possess:

- Clean background

- Minimum of 1 year experience

- Current valid driver's license, vehicle insurance and reliable work vehicle.

- Must speak fluent English

Work Environment:

- Work requires daily travel to residential homes (new and existing) in/around the Northern Denver Metro area (Boulder,

Broomfield, Longmont etc.)

- Must be able to lift items up to 100 lbs repetitively throughout the work day.

- Work with and around other trades while completing work.

- Subject to working in conditions of dust, noise, varied temperatures. Typical construction site environment.

- Position requires extended periods of sitting and standing. Reaching above shoulders and below waist. Bending at

waist, twisting of body, squatting, stooping, kneeling, and climbing.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
