REQUIRED – Must have a valid California driver's license and have a clean driving record

REQUIRED – Clean Background check & Drug Screening

REQUIRED – Experience in the Restoration Industry (2 years min.)

REQUIRED – Experience in leading a team/running jobs as a Lead Tech
