Commercial Property Maintenance Technician

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

NAI TALCOR is seeking an experienced maintenance technician for commercial properties in Tallahassee, FL. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and energetic with the ability to bring experience and expertise to the position.

Duties include, but are not limited to, performing light plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs, painting, scheduling and performing preventative maintenance, responding to maintenance requests and routine inspections and porter services.

Qualifications include 3+ years commercial maintenance experience, general knowledge of building codes and laws, HVAC certification a plus.

Must have clean driving record, background and drug screen, and be available to work some weekend and emergency on-call rotation.

Compensation: $21-$23/hour plus health insurance, retirement and paid time off, plus annual bonus. Wage commensurate with experience.
