CALL CENTER MANAGER
Are you an experienced Call Center Manager looking for a role where you can make a real impact? At Debt Consultants Group, we’re looking for a skilled leader to take charge of our call center operations and drive results. We specialize in helping clients resolve their debts with the support of a dedicated team and cutting-edge tools, and we need someone with the expertise to bring it all together.
What You’ll Do
Manage a team of call center agents focused on providing debt resolution services to inbound leads.
Utilize Pipeline and Convoso software to monitor performance, analyze metrics, and optimize workflows.
Train and mentor agents to develop their phone skills, increase conversions, and maintain high standards of professionalism.
Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Handle escalations and provide support for complex or challenging situations.
Collaborate with leadership to refine processes and achieve organizational goals.
What You Bring
Experience: 2-5 years of proven call center management experience. Debt industry experience is a strong plus.
CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Pipeline and Convoso is preferred.
Skills:
o Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
o Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to analyze data and implement strategies to improve performance.
Personality: Organized, detail-oriented, and focused on creating a positive, results-driven work environment.
