Hiring Pizza Makers

Russos is a coal fired Italian kitchen featuring New York style pizzas and traditional Italian dishes. We are looking for full time and part time pizza makers. Experience with hand tossed pizzas is a must. Experience with a coal fired oven preferred but not required. Ability to work in a high paced, busy environment. Must be a fast learner, responsible and reliable.
