Commercial Building Maintenance Mechanic

Looking for clean cut well kept maintenance mechanic to work in and around occupied buildings to perform general maintenance duties. Mostly day shift, but needs to be accepting of some swing shifts as some duties may need attention when buildings are vacant or less occupied. Pay is dependent upon experience. No bad habits and must have a current drivers license and social security card and RELIABLE transportation. Position available now
