Primary Responsibilities:
Work with supervisors to ensure on-time departure of all vehicles
Check-in drivers as they report to work including reviewing uniforms and providing work tickets
Providing information regarding Coach & Tour Division operations to customers and other staff
Utilizing GPS and dispatching software to monitor operations of routes for accuracy
Working with drivers and other staff to address service issues/failures in a timely manner
Review driver itineraries for accuracy and address driver questions/concerns promptly
Minimum Requirements:
Open availability to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays, as required.
High school degree or equivalent
Bus operations experience preferred
Well-developed planning and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Detail oriented and customer focused
Proactive mentality towards problem solving
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Adaptability to different personality types
Ability to work with computer systems and follow specific business rules for data entry
Proficient in Microsoft Office (primarily Word, Excel and Outlook)
Ability to use internet or other tools to research trip and destination information
Ability to adapt to changing requirements at a moment-s notice
Must be able to work in a team environment
