Responsible for developing and maintaining physician relations, empowering clinical care givers through solicitation of input, and implementation of actions to improve delivery of patient care. Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and evaluating the provision of services in the assigned departments. Participates in and/or supervises the delivery of patient care, as necessary, and has the responsibility for establishing standard nursing practice for the service. Assures achievement of department goals and takes an active role in achievement of hospital. Assures adherence to hospital policies and standards set forth by accreditation and regulatory agencies.The value you’ll bring to the team:

QualificationsThe expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Five years of clinical experience in an emergency and/or critical care department.
Two years management experience.
Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Master's Degree in health care or business related field OR a Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN).
Current Colorado RN License.
