Responsibilities:
Collaborator in executing the pricing strategy across the Branded Services Segment, coordinate with various teams, and effectively document all the aspects of pricing deals and plans.
Work closely with the Vice President of Strategic Pricing of Branded Services to align pricing actions with broader revenue growth goals.
Partner with Branded Services Finance business partners to assess financial implications and analyze data for accuracy and reporting.
Pricing Accuracy: Maintain and update pricing databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline pricing operations for increased efficiency.
Cross-Functional Support: Assist in the development of promotional pricing strategies and evaluate their impact on revenue and margin.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements related to pricing practices.
Generate and analyze pricing reports to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
Identify and drive the implementation of practical opportunities and insights to improve future revenue performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in pricing, administration, or data analysis, preferably in the CPG industry.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Excel and pricing software; experience with SAP systems is a strong plus especially establishing pricing conditions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
