Bookkeeper

Description We are seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team based in San Rafael, California. This role involves managing full cycle accounts payable duties, handling billing and reconciliations, and preparing accounting data for CPA review. You will also be expected to provide support to the team as necessary. This opportunity offers a contract to permanent employment.Responsibilities: Efficiently process full cycle accounts payable (AP) operations Handle billing procedures and ensure accuracy in data entry Conduct account reconciliations and report any discrepancies Prepare accounting data for CPA review Answer phone inquiries and maintain documentation Assist team members in their duties when required Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary Use Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for various bookkeeping tasks Ensure month-end close processes are completed accurately and on time.
