This role offers a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally and make a real difference.In this exciting position, you’ll manage an estimated spend of $200M for Aftermarket (Cabin body components, Lighting, Mirrors, Cab-in-white, and Body Accessories). Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly across various departments. Cost Reduction Management: Oversee and implement cost-saving initiatives. Strategic Sourcing Leadership: Lead sourcing activities for new programs and business transfers. Supplier Negotiations and Administration: Handle contract negotiations and manage supplier agreements. Supplier Performance Oversight: Monitor and enhance supplier performance. Best Cost Country Sourcing: Collaborate with the Best Cost Country Sourcing Team to develop strategies for consolidating the supply base for tail spend suppliers.Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
At least 5 years of purchasing/procurement experience
At least 1 year of lead experience
OR
Master’s degree
At least 3 years of purchasing/procurement experience
At least 1 year of lead experience
OR
At least 8 years of purchasing/procurement experience
At least 1 year of lead experience
