We are looking for a Front Desk Associate to join our growing team! We are looking for an individual who is looking for growth and thrives being part of a team. In addition, this individual would have a positive attitude and always strive to go above and beyond; creating a five star experience for guests and members alike.
Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
Greeting our members (existing and potential) and their guests with a welcoming tone, ensuring they have a first class experience
Coordination of meetings using the company's database
Mail handling
Effectively communicating with employees of Jay Suites regarding company matters and client bookings
Answer, screen, route and or take messages for incoming calls
Coordinate with meeting room clientele in regards to catering, technology, and specific needs for their booking
Maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms, printer area, kitchen, and common space
Serve as support for other team members, taking initiative
Maintain office inventory
Flexible hours
Qualifications:
High School diploma/GED required
2 + years of administrative/front desk/hospitality experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with google drive
Great organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional phone demeanor
Excellent customer service skills
