Front Desk Concierge

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor.

Manage appointment scheduling and patient communications efficiently.

Answering incoming phone calls/ making outbound calls to clients to schedule appointments. High priority task

Maintain organized and accurate patient records.

Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Inventory management of retail products and ensuring the displays are stocked

Ensure the front Lobby area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Assist with retail sales and product recommendations when applicable.

Working Dashboard leads to generate more clientele High priority task

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma+

Advanced computer knowledge

Long term position for someone who is passionate in the beauty and spa industry.

Must have 2 years in reception work and or experience in a spa or cosmetic medical front office setting.

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-time

Pay: $16-18 an hour+ monthly Bonuses based on sales
