PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MAINTENANCE

West Side Maui Property Management Company seeks multi-tasking maintenance person.

Ideal candidate will live on west side, have a great attitude and excellent driving record.

Duties include condo, household and building maintenance, service and repairs.

Minimum 1 year of related work experience.

Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry trades.

Must be honest, reliable and able to work independently.

Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Able to follow directions.

Clean driving record required.

$28 to $35 per hour to start based on experience.
