We are looking for a good beginner sales agent or an easy going Broker. We offer large commissions. No desk fees. No quotas. Independent Contractor work only. Work from home and also the property site. Must have Hawaii Real Estate License or taking a class soon. Will train right person if you are also considering Property Management.

Realtors/ Sales Agents/ Brokers:

Commissions range between 50-90% of the agreed amount depending on experience, your tasks, etc. No desk fees and No sales quotas. Part time ok. Work from home as able. Join our happy team. Sales Agents interested in property management may do so depending on tasks, abilities, skills, etc.

Property Management (optional):

Commissions range between 50-80% of management fee income depending on tasks, time involved, experience, etc. Grow a reliable portfolio with our team to gain steady income. For example, if the Rent collected is $5,000 per month for a client and we charge a monthly 10% management fee, then the company earns $500 per month.
