Property Management company seekingAdministrative Assistant Forour office located in Chicago by Armitage & Kilbourn Ave. This role will aid in maintaining relationships with tenants, assist administrative projects, and support the overall management of the properties.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

Handling tenant requests, scheduling appointments, and assisting with rentals and showings.

Review contracts and leases and scanningand submittingdocuments.

Candidatesmust have great attention to detail, strong customer service, and out-going personality.

Computer and data entry skills a must

Must be able to perform tasks independently and take directions

Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail

Strong sales and closing skills required

A valid driver's license is required

Strong communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment! (A MUST)

A desire to exceed in a very competitive environment

Ability to work with a diverse group of people and customers

Physical Requirements/Demands :

The individual must be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with employees and customers on all levels of the organization.

Bilingual is a plus
