We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Panel Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting in the production, assembly, and transportation of panels used in construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in assembling and fabricating panels according to specifications.

Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently.

Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

Load and unload panels and other materials for delivery or installation.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or a similar labor-intensive role is a plus.

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects frequently.

Basic understanding of hand and power tools and measurements.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to work in a physically demanding and sometimes fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: Depending on experience level.
