Early Careers: Accounting and Finance Leadership Rotational Program
Aon Is Looking For A Finance Leadership Program (FLP) Analyst! The Accounting & Finance Leadership Program is a full-time entry-level program designed to provide recent college graduates accelerated learning opportunities and career development within the Controllership and Finance departments at Aon. This role falls under Aon’s Early Career Development Program, known as Launch. The Launch Program was established to coach and develop future business leaders – this program “launches” the Aon careers of our campus hires in various full-time positions across the company. Building on the development colleagues receive in the role they are hired into, the Launch program is a supplemental development program for recent college recruits. The 10-month development program begins every summer and includes in-person sessions, networking opportunities, self-study and global leader calls. What will you gain?
Diverse Experiences - Rotate across various Accounting and Finance teams every 6 months gaining core knowledge in financial analysis, general ledger accounting, financial reporting, global consolidations accounting, forecasting, treasury and more. Rotations are designed to both match the experiences and interests of each participant and to align with current business needs.
Professional Development - Analysts will continuously build on communication, writing, leadership, presentation, analytical, and other professional skills.
Networking - Opportunities to meet with peers and leaders from the different business solutions within the company.
Mentorship - Analyst will be matched with a professional and development mentor who will provide ongoing guidance, leadership insights and direction to help ensure the colleague is gaining the most value from the program

Assist business units and functions in achieving goals and objectives
Gain an understanding of key business drivers
Contribute to a variety of assignments and projects
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team setting to make a positive impact
Participation in Aon’s Early Career Development program, known as Launch. Launch is a supplemental program working towards professional development for the future leaders of the firm

Pay Transparency Law
The salary for this position $69,500 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location
