Zone Director – Healthcare AlliancesAs the Zone Director, you will lead in this Senior Level sales management position, through managing a team of senior level Enterprise Client Executives that represent the full complement of Philips product/solutions portfolio, focused on developing strategic partnerships through C-Suite relationships across IDNs in the East Zone.Your role:

Manage and achieve the team performance goals (Annual Operating Plan)

Oversee strategy, development and execution of Account Business Plans

Recruit, Develop, mentor and coach Enterprise Client Executives

Drive and measure connections at the C-suite within IDNs

Assist with coordination of Philips Executive customer visits

Work closely with Philips Zone Vice President and Region Managers on aligning ECE goals and objectives

Develop and present monthly and quarterly IDN accountability reports for the Zone Vice President and National Vice President, Healthcare Alliances

Assist ECEs with strategic contracting engagements and large scale projects

Develop ECE rack and stack reports assess individual training needs and provide co-assessment on performance evaluations

Assist/lead the development, and the quarterly review, of the ECE IDN account and large deal strategies

Work as a collaborative team with a strong internal network that aligns key players to support the delivery of value to our customers in order to execute deals. This team maximizes the customer experience by creating a predictable process of information gathering and exchange to present an efficient One Philips approach.

You're the right fit if:

7+ years successful direct sales and management experience in diagnostic imaging, patient monitoring, IT, or consulting in the healthcare space.

a strategic selling background with a consistent track record navigating complex, matrixed healthcare organizations and with an example portfolio of strategic relationships/partnerships.

a deep understanding of the ACA and its impact on the healthcare market place and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).

A Minimum of a bachelor degree, or equivalent experience, strong leadership and communications skills and a solid foundation with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com.

Philips Transparency DetailsTotal Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $319,000 to $368,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
