DUTIES : Oversee and optimize the online retail operations of our retail chain, driving sales growth, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring optimal functionality, user experience, and performance of shopcgx.com. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and customer service, to maintain and improve the website. Administer, evaluate, and analyzing plans, policies and procedures for ecommerce operational goals including sales, gross profit, inventory, staffing, expenses, and productivity. Develop and execute initiatives to drive online sales growth, meeting or exceeding set targets. Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and other revenue- generating strategies. Identify and capitalize on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the ecommerce landscape. Overall online product management. Coordinate with the merchandising team to ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings, pricing, and inventory levels. Implement effective product categorization and search functionalities to enhance the online shopping experience. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising, to drive traffic and sales. Utilize data analytics to measure and optimize the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Collaborate with Customer Experience. Partner on implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer journey, from website navigation to checkout and post-purchase experience. Manage overall Analytics and Reporting. Regularly analyze key ecommerce metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on ecommerce performance. Perform site maintenance testing to ensure code updates are still meeting industry norms. Collaborate with Director of Marketing and e-Commerce, marketing managers and customer experience managers to develop tech stack and add CX software solutions as needed. Build custom workflow solutions that leverage Shopify apps to help scale the CGX ecommerce business. Integrate existing ERP system with Shopify. Connect CX apps across the CGX business with ecommerce automation. i.e. Constant Contact, Zendesk, Narvar, Unbxd, Lytho. High level of responsibility surrounding the technical ecommerce details and workflow implementation of various productions, ensuring applications and/or systems can be easily maintained and continue to grow with an expanding business. Supervises Ecommerce staff. Plans, organizes, assigns, advises, counsels, oversees budget and strategy. Directs assignments, answers questions, completes work performance reviews; approves and monitors leave and determines staffing and training plans. Other duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience may be substituted for a degree on a year-for-year basis.

Proven experience in ecommerce management, preferably in a retail chain setting.

3 years’ experience managing ecommerce team, preferably in a retail chain setting.

Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, technology, and best practices.

Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.

Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred (in addition to the minimum):

Proven experience managing Shopify platforms

Advanced Google Analytics certification with the ability to analyze and draw conclusions from large

amounts of data Shopify e-commerce web platform

Demonstrated Proficiency in Google Tag Manager

5 or more years of leadership experience
