job detailsjob summary:A respected union HVAC/Mechanical contractor is looking for a Chiller Technician in the Atlanta area. Candidates need to have 3+ years' experience as a Commercial HVAC technician. Must have worked on industrial chillers. Must have a valid driver's license. This is an hourly position, OT is offered. A company truck, cellphone and full benefits are offered. Travel in the state of Georgia, mostly the Atlanta area. This is site based work.location: MARIETTA, Georgiajob type: Permanentsalary: $83,000 - 93,000 per yearwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: High Schoolresponsibilities:Safely perform preventative maintenance visits to customers, servicing a variety of HVAC equipment including split systems, water source heat pumps, rooftop units, computer room air conditioners, mini-split systems, packaged systems, and more.Safely perform emergency service visits to customers as well as new customers.Purchase required material from supply house, using PO system, and submitting weekly receipts.Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.Communicate regularly with dispatcher to receive daily assignments and report completion.Communicate regularly with assigned Area Team Leader with any technical or customer issues.The essential functions of this role include:
