Answer customer calls promptly, greet customers warmly, and maintain a professional and helpful demeanor to create a positive first impression.

Verify customer identity by requesting personal information and cross-referencing it with stored data to ensure confidentiality and legal compliance.

Listen attentively to customers' concerns, allowing them to fully explain issues, and ask clarifying questions to gain a complete understanding of their needs. Handle upset customers with composure and empathy.

Adapt communication style (rate of speech, tone, inflection, etc.) to match the customer's needs, ensuring clear understanding and comfort.

Address customer concerns directly by taking actions such as issuing fee rebates, activating/replacing cards, ordering checks, updating information, and processing stop payments.

Skills:

2+ years of previous customer service working in a banking or financial environment.

Proficiency with phone and computer systems, including Microsoft Outlook and banking software.

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
