Personal Assistant / Paralegal / Property Management / Marketing
I have a solo-practice law firm and own a large apartment building.
The following responsibilities are required for this position:
(1) Legal Secretary / Paralegal - Answer phones, draft correspondence, draft discovery demands and responses, draft motions, draft complaints, e-file documents, liaise with clients, legal research and other day-to-day law office tasks;
(2) Property Management - Assist with tenant inquiries, supervise on-site property manager, input accounting, coordinate with vendors and suppliers, research energy efficiency solutions and other property enhancement strategies;
(3) Marketing - Write articles and coordinate articles being written for law-themed BLOG websites. Manage social media for law practice and BLOG websites. Manage advertising and other outreach to build law practice business; and,
(4) Personal Assistant - Day-to-day requirements managing attorneys personal business affairs.

You need to have exceptional writing and interpersonal skills. This is a five day per week full time position where you will be required to show up in-person to our Downtown White Plains office.
